Thank you for your interest in joining the IRKRS! Joining is quick and easy using our secure online membership form.
- Individual Membership: Individual membership is open to practitioners with an interest in old-school karate practices and the training methodology researched and expounded by the International Ryukyu Karate-jutsu Research Society (IRKRS) and Koryu Uchinadi.
- Associate Dojo Membership: Associate Dojo membership is for schools seeking formal affiliation with IRKRS while continuing to teach their existing style or curriculum.
- Affiliate Dojo Membership: Affiliate Dojo membership is for schools teaching, or transitioning to teaching, the KU/YRK/AKJJ curriculum.

Students of registered IRKRS and or KU dojo must renew through the dojo-cho. Important Instructions
Please ensure on the check-out page under “Additional Details” you include:
- Your Name and/or Dojo Name [if renewing for Shibu or Jun Shibu]
- Names of students and their IRKRS numbers [if renewing individual Student Registrations]
